Returns

Our policy on returns and refunds runs for 30 days. If you haven't received your refund within 30 days from the date your order was shipped We are unable to provide you with either a refund or an exchange.

In order to be eligible for refund your item must be in good condition or in the identical state as you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging and with all accessories (if necessary).

In order to complete our return procedure, need the Order identification number to be listed on the shipping label, or put inside.

What is the best time to return the product?

We will provide you with a replacementor refund in the event that products fail in a major way like:

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, you'll get an email informing you that we've approved your return , and authorized a replacement or refund or refused to accept your return.

Allow 5 days to process your request.

Method of Refund

If you're accepted and your refund is approved, then the request will be processed and a credit will be added to the primary method of payment within a specified number of time. It is dependent on the bank you use however, it is typically within three to five working days.

Incomplete or late refunds

In case you're not receiving a check at this point, check your bank account.

If you contact the credit card company of your choice and it could be a few days until your refund is issued.

The next step is to contact your bank. There may be some time for processing before the money is credited.

Returns to the sender because they were not addressed correctly

If the carrier (Royal Mail , or Hermes) returns the package back to us because it was improperly addressed or not accepted at delivery We are entitled to deduct the cost of shipping from the reimbursement. This is due to the fact that our couriers still charging us for the total cost.

Special Deals

Only new, regular items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased as a Special Deal may not be returned.

Damaged , defective or incorrect Goods

What's your return policy in the event that I'm unhappy with the service?

  • You can send your parcel to the closest post office or any other shipping service you like.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they're damaged or defective. If you want to swap it out for a different product, send us an email to returns@jewear.shop requesting an exchange. Note that exchange or replacement is only offered if the item delivered is damaged, defective or has a quality issue (you are required to show proof of the defect or damage).

When we learn about the problem, we'll provide a replacement for the same item . There is no cost to you in this situation.

The wrong size

Make sure that you choose the correct size shirt when you place your order. Any orders that have sizing issues (does not fit, or is too loose) will not be able to be exchanged because it is your responsibility to make the correct selection.

If we are able to allow the return of a wrong-sized item, then the cost of shipping cost plus an the additional 20 percent restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation:

To cancel your order, send an email to returns@jewear.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, after the order has been shipped, it impossible to re-call or cancel the order.

How do I ask for a return or refund?

Orders are delayed or lost.

While rare, deliveries can be delayed or even lost by couriers.

If the item received is defective or damaged, there is no need to return. We will send a replacements for the product at any cost to you.

Items returned that are beyond the cancellation Time

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any concerns regarding your order and request an exchange. After 30 days have passed however, there are no returns or refunds are possible.
